Looking for some suggestions from experience wheel builders.
I am looking to built my first wheel. I got a Shimano dynohub DH-3N80 for Christmas(32 holes). I weigh 185-195 lbs. and I like stiff wheels. I am trying to decide between Mavic Open Pro / or slightly stronger CXP33 and Velocity Fusion rims. I would like to use a silver rim , but Fusion is hard to get in silver. I am not a weight wienie, but I do not want a heavy rim at the same time.
Also what spokes should I get: Wheelsmith DB14 or Sapim race or DT competition spokes with brass nipples?

If you are going renodoneering and looking at mavic OP I suggest you look at the Mavic OP Ceramic wheel. They work great, especially in wet/cold conditions. It's nice to be able to stop when you have frozen barely working hands. :) I'm a lot bigger than you and they are plenty stiff.

I'm not an Open Pro fan as so many people are; they don't have wear indicators, and (for as crazy as people have claimed me for this one) I think they're noisy. There's something about them that just makes more noise out of road vibrations than any other rim I've tried.
For the same profile and similar weight, I like the DT Swiss RR1.1 double eyelet. The RR1.1 single and double eyelet rims have been renamed the RR415 and RR465 for this year, if you check DT's web site.
I weigh 230 pounds, and with 32 straight 14g spokes these rims make for some very stiff wheels.
