How about a picture(s) or a year. I have a lot of Schwinns but am not familiar with the name you mentioned. Roger

+1 on the need for pictures. "tsp 191 cl" doesn't have any meaning for me, either.

Sounds like a walmart bike. I'd guess $10-20, if you can find hte right buyer.

My telekinetic powers tell me you're reading the decals on the fork. Here's a Sidewinder with an RST Omni 191 CL suspension fork:http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4029278. $176 from Walmart online. This isn't a vintage bike. If in excellent condition, you might be able to get $50-$75 for it on craigslist.

Reading the "headline" of his thread I am guessing maybe he wants to buy a vintage or used bike for his mother to pootle around on. maybe he has seen one and wants to know if the price is right. I think we need more info to give him a good answer.

Well, it's kinda ambiguous. Could also mean he's trying to help his mother determine how much to sell it for. At any rate, the Schwinn I linked to above is likely only one of many models that use that particular fork. It's a safe bet, however, that any other bike with that fork will be an equivalent value.

+1 Walmart bike.
