So here it is, my 1995 neo-retro, quasi-classic, funky but chic Land Shark X Shark built up from a frame I recently acquired:

XT FD and RD
7-speed bar ends (I had them around - somewhat worn and working best on friction)
7-speed Hyperglide 12-28 cassette
Ritchey 50/34 compact crank
Mavic / LX wheels
Tektro brakes and levers
Deda handlebar
Special Roosevelt Edition Cinelli Stem

Very nice! Love seeing the threaded setup- wish more mass production builders still used it.

great looking landshark! do you use it to deliver "candygrams"? does it really "turn on a dime"? just two cheap puns I could not resist. really nice looking ride. are you actually going to use it for cross and racing or just offroad riding?
