For those of you that have been watching the threads over the past few weeks, I have been agonizing over which bike/wheel combo to with for around $3000.

I decided to get the SLICE that the LBS had in stoke, with a SRAM wheelset, which is to be ordered. What I cant decide is whether to get the 60/80 or 80/80. The price difference is only $50, but the weight difference is 200g. I do most my racing in Florida summers, so cross wind is not really a problem. thus should I go with the 80/80? The extra weight is around 200g - not much, or is it?

In triathlon, aerodynamics almost always trumps weight.

2000g would be kind of a rip off, but 200 grams for a bigger aero advantage is very little.

I would recommend the 80/80.

The SRAM wheels (60's or 80's) are pretty heavy. But as Florida is flat* it won't matter, as long as you don't race on technical courses I'd go with the deepest you can handle.

If as you say there isn't much in the way of wind then to 80 will be fine. If the circuits are technical or you get gusty winds then the 60/80 would be a better buy.
