Hey Miroslaw, you there? Thought I'd bring this discussion to this foum as it's more regional than eBike.
In terms of trip planning around Calgary, I use the following:

(Bearspaw School might fit your bill.)
For distances, I use:
http://xnet.env.gov.ab.ca/imf/imf.jsp?site=fw_mis_pub
A note on that website, it doesn't like IE 7 so you need to clear the browser form history, cookies and such and then refresh the browser to make it work.
I've been using Google for the satellite coverage, it seems as good as google earth for coverage.
Then there's this website:

Looks good for checking out how hilly a route is....
