Im trying to stay realy realy cheap and just have fun making it, also im thinking about making it singel spead. Are there any sites with cheap hardtail frames other than ebay and nashbar cause ive checked them out already. Im looking for it to be preety bare with out stickers or a paint scheme.

Try the Azonic Steelhead for $215 or the Jamis Durango for $109 at JensonUSA. Surlys and Somas are good steel frames that are in the $400 range. There are probably lots more if you want to look at the no name house brands at places like Nashbar and Performance ect. taker easy dude.

I heard the Azonic Steelhead is a great frame. I myself am thinking of building up a nice urban assualt/dirt jump hardtail. I'd try to find an Azonic Stealhead if I were you.

I found a nice one, lemme get the link.
If your cool with eBay
It's only a 15" frame:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=22679&item=3694792050&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
Then heres an XL frame:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=22679&item=3693893529&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
Both under 240. I think the 15" frame is at $179 for Buy now.

My friend is sponsored by them. It's a level 2 sponsorship though. So nothing special.
Thats awesome, about half the people who have heard of the company have the level 2 sponsorship.

I've heard of them and I don't have a sponsorship from them.

Thats sponsorship is as good as simply being friends with the owners of the LBS.

Isn't it a bit better. You get parts at cost + for example? I don't know...they are a little too far for me to bother being sponsored by them haha

The soul titan looks good and the pricetag does too, but im gonna wait to see if i change my mind because i always buy to early and get upset with what i get.
All you gotta do to be sponsered is fill out a form and fax or email it back to them. Woopie. ;) I just filled out the form; And when they get a cyclocross frame out I'll be pimping it!
