I was just served a large plateful of perogies swimming in a thick muchroom cream sauce, with a ring of bacon wrapping around the edge of the plate. :( I normally wouldn't be too concerned, however my wife's great, great grandfather was poisoned by his wife. Does this type of thing get passed down from generation to generation? :twitchy:

I don't know if the propensity to poison is hereditary but heart disease is. Eat 'em up...

Happy eating,

Mike

Well I'm still alive. Once I had a couple of perogies, I had to scarf down the rest. The bacon was dessert

Just remember to sit with your back to a wall, and always be prepared to duck.

Funny you should bring this up. My wife has been dropping hints lately that I'm worth 3x more dead than alive...

I don't have to worry about her poisoning me, though. She cooks like maybe 4 times a year. Makes a big batch of something that she swears is the best tasting stuff evar. She has one serving and the leftovers go in the freezer for months.

Lessons learned from the thread so far... don't tell your SO how much is your life insurance payout.

Wouldn't have done me any good, as she knows about the company paid life and she sold me the other policy when she was still in the insurance field.

My wife reads those true crime stories. When I see her reading ones about wives killing husbands, I wonder...

The good part is they get caught in the end and I've already explained to her there is no shopping in jail.

Ooh, good point! I'll remember to use that. Might just add a few years to my life.

I love home made pierogies, (like Oma used to make)!

My suggestion: Ride more... so you can eat more pierogies. :)

The Girl would never do me in. She can't reach stuff on the top shelves, and nobody would walk the dog.
