Bicycle Mechanics - Putting a new bike together

Hey everyone, I bought a AL w/ carbon fork road bike online the other day. Anyways I know how to put it together and such. But I'm wondering what I need to grease up and lube. Obviously the seat tube needs greased, and chain lubed. But what else should I be looking at. I have no problem working on bikes, but this is my first time putting one together.

grease seat binder, grease stem bolts, headset preload bolt. check crank for proper torque, grease pedals and install. true wheels/check tension, adjust hubs, adjust brakes, derailleurs. pretty much in that order too

good rule of thumb, grease/lube any metal on metal contact that you will not likely adjust much once it is dialed in. Im sure there are exceptions to this rule, but I don't know of any that will be hurt by lubricant being put on.

Don't forget the obvious grease/lube points like bearings and moving parts.

If I were you I would grease the tires, braking surface on the rims (make sure to get a lot of grease in the grooves on the brake pads and re-apply as necessary), the top of the saddle, the handebar tape, the brake lever hoods, the brake and shifter levers, your hair, your sunglass lenses, and your eyelids.

Seat tube is only greased if you're using a steel/AL post. Carbon posts require carbon assembly compound.
