2 of those sold on ebay the last month or so. One for $14 and one for $30. The condition of yours is in-between those 2, so I would say $20some. Hard to sell this on CL.

I'd have to believe that the long cage on this one would make it more valuable. I'm not sure how much though.

I just checked VeloBase, and they don't have a pic of the long cage, but it does look loke somebody swapped out the bolts for NR/maybe Rally ones. Possible the cage has been swapped for an old Rally as well?

Yes, those bolts were definitely replaced. The long cage and bolts make that derailleur MUCH more attractive than it normally is (looks wise). The fact that it's a frankenstein with suntour jockey wheels probably hurt the value. I personally think it's pretty cool... I would guess it could fetch somewhere around 25-30 on CL and ebay. I'm not Campy expert though... better wait for the others to weigh in!
