It's on sale again. Has anyone else bought one of these? It's aluminum, 3 water bottle mounts, cantilever brake bosses, supports 38mm tires and fenders, rack mounts etc.
Anyone built up a bike with this frameset? I found one in the returned sectioned and picked it up for $59 plus shipping but won't start the build until later this year as I have no spare parts to start with.
Code "onsale" now brings this down to $89.99.

Not that frame, but I did build up a bike from the Nashbar road frame. I think it cost $129. Great bike, several years of good service, still going strong. I used an Ultegra drive train, bar end shifters, and ceramic rims. I bought the carbon fork to go with it for $79 and was glad I did.

It's a screaming deal.
I don't have one, but it gets good reviews at the Touring Forum.
It should also make a good low-cost long distance bike if your OK with aluminum.
I've been trying to convince myself I don't need to order one (or two, gotta take care of the better half) of these. I may get them while they are cheap, just hang on to it/them until i round up enough parts to build.
I've never had an aluminum road bike....
