I've noticed that after spin class my eyes are extremely blood-shot. I mean they are freakishly blood-shot. Should I be worried? I have been under a lot of stress recently and it's never happened in the past when I weighed more. Maybe I'm pushing it too hard but it doesn't feel like it.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Have not, but sounds like burst blood vessels from high BP. Worth getting checked out I thinks.

You are fine. It happens to me, and I see it on lots of other people as well. It is simply lots of salty sweat in your eyes. You don't get that as much riding outside, because the wind cools you off and/or dries you out enough to usually keep that much from getting into your eyes.

Well that makes me feel better. I'm still making a doctor's appointment regardless as I need to have a physical done. I'll mention it when I'm there. High blood pressure does run in my family.

May be mold in the duct work of the gym.
