This week my friend Terry and I rode our recumbents in the mountains near Mount Baldy, CA. 72 miles, 6300' of climbing and lots of great scenery! The end of the ride featured 26 miles of screaming descents. What a day!

There are a few bumps and level spots along the return trip but it is a screamer. There is one 9 mile spot where you never need to turn the pedals. Not sure of the exact time but we topped out at about 38mph and that is limited by the switchbacks.
