Touring - What is the thread size/pitch on cantilever posts?

Not the screw hole that is in the post, but the actual threads of the post that screw into the fork mounting tabs.

I am mounting a front rack on my Cannondale tandem. The bike is disk brake equipt, with no posts in the fork. I want to use the post mounting hole to anchor the rack to.

All I know is: there are several different styles. I had to have a bike shop replace mine (and I do most of my own work). It was a cheap repair, though. Good luck!
