I have a last minute business trip to Troy NY tomorrow, Friday the 20th. Any good LBS's in the area worth a visit? I have about 3 hours to kill in the afternoon.

You could check out The Down Tube, its on Madison Ave. in Albany. Its a small shop but the people in there seem really nice. There is also a place called Cycle Therapy in Burnt Hills, I've never been there but I hear its a great shop.
