"Fast answer required?"
"I need answers today when there is many interested in it."
Well, that takes some nerve.
No valuation for post-it-then-milk-it flippers from this end.

Sorry?
Do you mean no valuation before buying?

Hi Jonatan,
That's a beautiful frame set. First of all, is it the right size? I assume you have to hurry as you are worried about the bike selling? Right?
From the looks of this grainy pic, I would be more interested in building this versus the Daccordi. The Daccordi looked like an interesting frame set, but had some issues.
I would think of this one as a frame set only purchase, due to the piece meal nature of the bike.
Go to ebay right away and do a recent sale search. Try ebay in Italy, Germany, and the United States to get an idea. I've seen two of these sell in the Midwest in the last year and were in the $500 range for the frame/fork only.
I have no idea what the condition is of the one in the pic, so do your due diligence and check it out.
I have a TSX framed Eddy Merckx that I enjoy a great deal. Depending on your weight, I'd guess you would like it as well.
Here is a brief article about the brand:

if that was near me and my size I would snatch that up in a second for $500
For lightning fast appraisals, I hear this guy can help: (last I heard, he charges $100 per estimate): Need_an_answer_today_immediately_right_now@yahoo.com.

This is a restoration project. Beautiful frame, but you will have to spend quite a lot of money to get it on the road. In Scandinavia I think you will find some really good deals for readytoride bikes from the nineties. The DBS La Migliore or the Merckx-produced Crescents are good examples.

This one could be fun (at about 150$):

Are you not selling this bike, and wish to know its value before you speak with one of your prospective buyers?

Yes, is there something wrong in that? Sorry if I've broken any rule or something but I thought that was wat this thread was for.

It is. In general, most of the members of this forum are helpful. I'd advise you to only read/respond to those people. By the way, that's a gorgeous frame (and it's likely the frame is what most people are interested in).

Wow, that thing is sweet! And it looks like it's got either Dura Ace or 600 AX group. Is that a bidding website, or simply a classified ad website? I see different numbers there...

He sells several bikes, the price for the aero bike is fixed at a 1000 swedish crowns (around 150$). I love the aero seat-tube.

That's an absolute steal in the US market. A bit envious here on the other side of the pond!

I'll go for it!
I'll buy this piece of junk! :)
I'm not very interested in the Mustang. I do love the brand (my dad got an old Swedish threespeed) but i don't think that bike is worth the money (gaspipes and such). I'm not sure about the size. I'm about 185 cm (still growing) and the bike is 60 cm. A bit large but not very. And if it's way to big I'll just use the wheels and sell the frame on ebay and make some money out of it! :D
Right now I'm just checking him (if hes trust-worthy) by asking about some new pics and what the shipping would cost.
Thanks for the help everyone (despite I wasn't really following the rules) and for you who wondered, yes, I wanted to buy it!
Hope I havn't forgotten anything and that I you can understand my messed up post :P

I know, bad thing about Sweden, al old roadbikes are extreamly overvalued (thanks Fixed-ger for that! :@)

The Mustang is most certainly not built with swedish gaspipes. It is most likely a japanese-built aeroframe (maybe Tange tubes) from ca 81-82. Probably well built and with a nice but quaint AX group from Shimano. Would be fun to know if it's DA or 600 AX.

Fast answer: $450. By the time it's built for show, $1200 bike. If you just want to ride it, $450 and leave it as is.

In honor of the upcoming Academy Awards, I vote this 'Most Perplexing Thread of 2010'. Yes, it's still early in 2010, but I'll probably still be perplexed when 2011 rolls around. I'm gonna go ride my bike now.

Fast version..........Jonatan got called out by Kurt. I pm'd Jonatan to ask him if he was the seller or buyer. He assured me he had indeed bought the Bottechia and would start a thread w/ pics.
Today I see "yet another" thread discussing "yet another" potential acquisition. Stated that he had pretty much given up on the Bottecchia. :(
Play if you want to guys.
I'd rather not.
and yes, I think Kurt had it right.
I sell as many bikes as the next guy to fund my latest/next acquisition, but I try not to waste people's time with "potential" evaluations.
If I have added to the silliness in this thread, so be it.
Junkyardbike, I agree. We have a long ride planned for this afternoon.
I for one spend far too much time on the computer, and I am sincerely happy that Minnesota is warming up.
It's time to ride fellas.

Sorry Gomango but I really thought that I had bought it! These *** trolls!
And from now on I'll shut up until I actually have a real bike!
Ps: Now I get what you (Gomango) have been trying to tell me all the time! I won't bather you with more potencial questions!
Peace out!

Gentlemen. There is a language barrier here which seems to have gotten this thread into a ditch. I've double-checked with the OP, and he states clearly that he managed to mix up the words for buying and selling. He was indeed inquiring with an eye to purchase the bicycle, and was noting that he was attempting to make an offer, and that he was concerned that others who had expressed an interest in the bike might beat him out if he offered too low of a bid.
Jonatan's English may not be perfect, but it's a far sight better than most of would be able to do attempting Swedish. Let's lighten up here. Please.

I knew what had happened because I work with people who are learning our language on a daily basis but the thread was already locked so I could not help.
Keep looking Jonatan, something will come your way and don't be afraid to ask questions here, that is exactly what this forum is for...
