I was doored last week. While I'm (mostly) fine, the front fork of my 2008 cadenza 8 has been bent and needs replacement.

I've spoken with Thor today about a stock replacement fork.

What other options are available! Will other forks fit without unduly changing the ride characteristics? In that vein does anyone know the drop-out to crown distance or the amount of rake for the stock fork? I'd measure them myself, but the measurements will likely be wonky due to the bend.

Thanks,

John

I am waiting on an answer for you....

but yes you can use a regular other fork no problem .. just make sure you have all the braze ons on there and enough forktube for the Dahon washers and clamps for the aheadset ....

all forks have about the same rake ..some are straight blades than the rake is in the forktube or the top is tsraight and the rake is the forward bend dropouts at the bottom ....

can look very different but usually has the same results :-)

What size frame do you have. I have a straight and true Med I can measure.

It's a medium. Bike is with my local wrench to make sure that it's just the fork.
