I bought a Penna for $300 last December. Awesome bike, high quality welds and good paint. Ride is pretty smooth for aluminum. Not a fan of the IS headset but what can you do? I'd reccomend them.

I bought one for my wife and built it up earlier this summer. Seemed to be pretty good quality and looked nice. However, the wife has only ridden it twice.

I am about ready to take off the ultegra i used and build up another bike for myself and then put on some cheap stuff for hers.

haven't heard of 'fetish' frames before...but you've sparked my interest!..do they come with leather forks, crutchless seat stays & whips?...lol
