I came back from dropping the kids at her place, watched a movie and came to the internetz. It felt a little bit easier today... usually, letting go of my kids gives me PKED (Post Kid Exchange Depression). Trying to keep the mind occupied.... probably will watch some more TV later, if I can find something that doesn't sucks.

THX for the moral support and the rough love, is doing me good.:o

I'll keep an eye open tho, Siu wants to cut mah in pieces.:twitchy:

I've been thinking about joining a local support group. The problem is finding one that can fit my busy schedule and my weird night shifts. But the idea is on table...
