I have an issue with acne on my legs(outer thighs and just above the knees) I use soap and benzoil peroxide with minimal effects. Can anyone suggest anything better?

wow, those are unusual areas to have a problem like that. when did this start and what may have changed in your life at that time? it might be clothing. sometimes clothing can contribute to clogged pores

Try cheap, ole Hydrogen Peroxide. If it's really acne, it will kill the bacteria responsible. If not, it won't hurt you.

You need to stop shaving them.

That is only for women.

Yeah, you can't use razors man, they ruin your skin, regardless of where you shave.

You should purchase a good beard trimmer, but razors are a no no in dermatology...

Well the thing is my legs were super like grizzly bear hairy, so im hoping all that hair was part of the problem, they have actually cleared up alot in the past 36 hours or so.

Look man, grizzly bear hairy legs, beards... Yeah, just like the good lord had intended. Trust me, gently use a beard trimmer instead, lowest grade, might not cure it completely but much better than using razors.

Your sebaceous glands are just overactive, when mixed in with sweat, dirt, dust etc its bad news. The actual cure is trying to stop sebaceous glands secreting the oil in the first place. Usually the process of the glands excreting the oil in high amounts that cause acne is usually due to something you have consumed/food or drink, that has set everything in motion which needs to be limited or simply stopped.
