Mapquest says the 33 Mile option has 3,681 ft of climbing. I rode it last weekend and my Garmin said 2,600.

Here are four nice options depending on how much you can take this early in the season. They all start and end the same way so you can ride out with the group and choose your distance as you ride.
The roads have been selected for safety based on current conditions. I picked county roads for the down hills because they are free of snow and ice and have much less debris. Some of the route uses twisty back roads but only for the climbs.

*The 33 and 40 mile routes pass the Pleasant Ridge Store (at Z and ZZ). They have food, drink, and facilities.
