It's in pretty rough shape but that much campy always makes me think twice, and the thing has two wheelsets. What do you guys think?

Well, it is in rather rough condition, but if you can get it for $150, probably worth it (not for a flip, however). I'd inspect everything very closely (do the hubs spin smoothly? the headset? the BB? do the stem and seatpost move? are the component deeply scratched or is that dirt? cracks on the back spider of the crank?). And what's with the top pivot bolt on the RD - it looks like it's been nearly sheered off.

Again, probably worth $150, but I doubt you could make much more flipping it or parting it out, if that was even a consideration.
