How do I know how many spacers I should put between the headset and stem on a road bike? I know there should be some sort of standard base on height and riding position, right?? :o

I know there should be some sort of standard base on height and riding position, right?? :oAssuming the steerer has not already been cut,as many as you want with an aluminum or cromo steerer.Industry recommended standard for CF steerers is 25mm for 1" and 35mm for 11/8" unless the manufactruer says something different. There is no 'standard' of the type you imply.
