I need to pick some expert minds out there. I have a Bianchi Touring Bike, locking hubs original Raleigh grips. Bike was manufactured for the English terrain. Serial numer is only half-way visable and bike shops cannot find it online. Manufacture was in China.

I appreciate any help possible. Not looking for value. Bike was a gift.
