Do you mean a "little hop" in the tire? Are you sure it's not your rims that are out of true (radially or laterally)? Did you use the correct size tube and make sure it's not pinched underneath the tire bead anywhere? Are your rims damaged in any way?

The wheels has been true both ways and the tires I took off always ran true its just these new tires I have not been able to center them on the rims and the rims are like new I had them check at my LBS ever thing checks out good on them its just these tires I may go and get some other tires and give them a try but I did want the Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tires on so this spring I could go touring and not have to worry about flats. So much for that ideal.

Try pressuring them to 1 and 1/2 times the max pressure. This may help seat them. It works when I have the problem with my Parcelas.

Bead seating problem is a friction issue, between the bead of the tyre and the hook edge of the rim. Use soapy water, or whatever you want to decrease this friction.
