I've tried searching everywhere but to no avail..........is it possible to upgrade my BB to a shimano external BB on a 2009 langster? I can't find any info anywhere on whether or not the BB will thread in properly. CUrrent BB is a Sealed cartridge, square taper, 68mm x 103mm. I have a ultegra crank that I want to throw on.

68mm is standard British threading. New BB must be also.

It will go on fine assuming your cups are English threaded. You'll need to use the inside ring position to get a 42mm chainline.

Yes, the standard english shimano ext bb cups will be a straight drop in. Assuming there isn't horrible issues with BB facing on your bike, it should be ok.
