this may be an easy one for you guys, but i'm kinda at a loss. As the title states, i have a Cinelli Eubois handlebar and the Tektro R200a levers. The clamp of the brake levers doesn't seem to slide onto the bar. I assume i could make it fit, but i'd rather not. Am i missing something here?

no? are there different clamp sizes? i got the levers from a buddy. he had them on an old dept. store bike, and he had gotten them from someone else. so they are 3rd, or 4th hand now, but still in nice shape. i can't find anything to suggest why they wouldn't fit. they also won't fit onto a set of Nitto B-115's i have. i have some older levers that slide right on. you think i could just swap the clamps over?
If the bolt is the same thread...

Take the clamp off the back of the lever, then slide it on the bar, and then tighten the levers onto the clamp band. Unless the clamps have been replaced with something else, they'll fit your bars.
Some particularly crummy department store bikes used road bars that were only 22.2mm in diameter, so the clamps could have been deformed a bit. It doesn't hurt to bend them back if that's the case.
