Wifey & I weighed in this morning @ Weight Watchers.
I lost 4.4# in the last 7 days, my best weight loss since the 1st week when I lost 7.3#. I got a big red star for being "the biggest looser" of the group this week.
In 9 weeks I have lost 23#, just over 2.5# per week. 298.8# in my street clothes, about 6# over what I weigh in my "skivies", so my body weight is in the 293# range.
My goal is to loose @ least 100# in 1 year W/an ultimate goal of 120# weight loss.
I might just make that 120# in 1 year if I can maintain the 2.5# per week weight loss. (2.31# a week would = 120# in 52 weeks)
Right now I am not getting much excersize as the XC skiing has come to a halt.
Hopefully I will be on my new MTB by this time next week.
BTW: Wifey is doing well too. 13+ #s of weight loss. She had platued until I started feeding her 2 eggs W/either 2 slices of bacon or a slice of cheese W/light bread toast every morning. (the same that I eat) Getting the stove fired up in the morning W/a high protien breakfast has accelerated her weight loss.
