I found a 2005 Jamis Citizen on CL for $150 and I offered $120. She says it's in good shape and I figured that's a pretty good deal.

Anyone have any opinions on it? It's a ladies' bike, of course and I'm planning to get it for my wife who's riding a junky Wal-mart Schwinn that has bad gears and needs replacement.

Thanks for any advice.

Here's what the bike looks like in men's version for 2005. Tourney rear derailour.

The bike was $289 new and it is now 5 years old. $120 seems like a lot to pay. Got a link to the CL listing so we can see the actual picture and read what the seller has posted? I couldn't find it.
