Don't forget to set your clocks ahead by an hour tonight!

*sigh* I know. I keep hoping the fall-back will be killed and we just stay on DST. I feel sorry for folks that work in stores that just sell clocks or watches.

I just pull the crown on my watch, turn it a few times and reset it. No big deal.

what about the fact that my morning ride is now in total darkness until the last half hour? a couple of turns of a watch crown wont fix that.

Why!!! I was the only one at my desk on time this mourning. Really you didn't know Mr.Programmer whose computer and cell phone sets itself that the time change happened? Moron Holiday if you ask me. Oh your late, Moron.

I don't get all the griping, this is my favorite time of the year! Days are getting longer, there's time to ride after work, it's getting warmer, it's the beginning of the good riding season... where's the down side? one lost hour of sleep? who cares!!!!

We don't all ride in the evening. I prefer to get out and put in my 2 or 3 hours before the roads are filled with cars. Now the first 2 hours will be in total darkness instead of just the first half hour.

I'm with you...Here in the central time zone before it's over with it'll be still light outside at 8:30 pm. I get a lot more done both in the yard and on my bike. :D

my group rides in the morning. i do use lights. its still not as enjoyable as riding during the day light hours, i always get a feeling of vertigo which makes me nauseous. its actually kind of scary being in a paceline at 25 mph at night.

19 posts and no one has mentioned no "s" yet.

I take a month off and I can't figure out what is going on with this place.

I called my buddy Sunday about 12:20 CDT and asked if he wanted to go for a ride. We agreed on a meeting place and I said "Let's get ready and just meet at 1:00"...and he said, "you mean 12:00?". After it hit him, he said his wife had just left for work, thinking she was going to be on time for a change...oops.

I'm with valygrl on this one...this is the time of year I start working evening hill repeats into my weekly cycling routine...cuz I can do it without having to add lights.
