I was curious, since the two bikes im finally deciding on are either a new 2009 Raleigh XXIX or a used 2007 Raleigh XXIX
I have heard about many problems with the EBB-Like stripping and slipping. Ive never owned a bike with an EBB yet, and i dont know if a 2007 bicycle would give me problems later down the road. i geuss they are replaceable, and i could get a new, higher quality one...But i dont think i can afford it.
Please let me know, because i would like to purchase/put money down on a bike before next weekend
