Since moving to Tucson, I've gone for a half dozen rides in two weeks, the longest being about 25 miles along a riverside MUP.
Yesterday I took to the road and did 47 miles (http://connect.garmin.com/activity/26882546). Not fast, but not bad for someone that hasn't been on a bike since October. Along the way I spotted a road runner...didn't see a coyote chasing it though...
