Living here in the Miami area and watching the CL Bike section daily, I saw what appeared to be a much better deal not far from my home, a current model Black Dahon Boardwalk single speed for $95. I posted that Ad here on the Best of CL Thread a few days ago, check it out.

Looks a bit rough, Joe, from the state of the wheel rims its been neglected, i'd keep looking.
