Down another 2lbs so that puts me at 208lbs. mot long before I'll have to leave the clyde ranks...lol Has been a great journey so far and having less weight really makes a difference on the road. That's 32lbs since Boxing Day and 23 since Jan. 1st.

Post ride this AM (but also post bowl of cereal):

92.5kg / 204lb

Down from my 93-94kg hovering point. Will see if I can make this last.

Down a half pound to 213.5...not a lot but at least it's in the right direction. I'm hoping that I will finally start dropping some weight. I only did 25 miles this past weekend but that was in 20-30mph winds so it felt like a pretty intense workout. Cut the grass tonight...hope to begin riding some during the week now that the time has changed and I'll have light until about 7PM Yippie!!

I'm at 202.2 and down about 2.5 lbs since the last time I posted. I didn't ride very much in the previous 2 weeks due to feeling like crap and the weather here has been unseasonably rainy and windy this winter. I'm back on track this week. I'm aiming to ride every day this week. Let's see if I can add some crunches and a little weight lifting this week. I'm anxious to get under the 200 mark again.

Count me in even though I'm joining a little late. A little background: my lowest was 223 and that was in 2007; I was biking about 120 miles and running about 10 miles per week. It's 2010 and my riding has not been as regular, and we had a new baby daughter this summer, so I've gotten up there and stayed there. I want to get below my low, say below 220 as a goal. After fiddling around with diet earlier this year and making some halfhearted attempts, I'm finally back in the real routine. I figure I can get there by July 31.

Anyway, my numbers back to March 1:
March 01, 2010 285.0
March 08, 2010 280.6
March 15, 2010 277.4
March 22, 2010 274.4

Whoops, almost forgot to post here. 279.5 lbs on Monday, up a bit but it's ok because this has been a high point of my normal flux during the past 5 days. It's most certainly ok today as I hit a new lo(273.6 lbs) this morning, I think I'm starting to slide off the plateau and move back into loosing mode. I'll keep the Monday weight for consistancy--even though it's not the lowest--and we'll see what next week brings.

Week 2 - 295 lbs (start)
Week 3 - 291.5 lbs
Week 4 - 284.4 lbs
Week 5 - 282.5 lbs
Week 6 - 280.2 lbs
Week 7 - 281.3 lbs
Week 8 - 282.0 lbs
Week 9 - 280.0 lbs
Week 10 - 278.lbs
Week 11 - 279.5

Remember that episode of King of the Hill where they put Bobby on Ritalin and he became hyper-aware? I am now that way about food; I can smell and identify any food cooking or cooked within a hundred-yard radius. Walking by a restaurant I can tell whether they fry with peanut or canola oil. I can differentiate between top and bottom sirloin on my neighbor's grill, and whether he marinated with Dale's or Soy Sauce. I can smell the difference between regular and soft-serve ice-cream. :twitchy:

But that's a good thing as I only get this way when I'm on my way down, and as long as I keep my stomach a little full, it's not so bad. I should be able to keep this up til July. :thumb:
