Hello all. I will be riding in this year's Arthritis Foundations California Coast Classic on Sept 25th to Oct 2. The ride will take me from San Francisco, Ca to Santa Monica, Ca. The mileage for this feat is approx 525 miles spread out over 8 days. This is going to be an intense challenge for me and I am psyched!
