Where can I go out online or trade locally with anyone wanting to switch cassettes?

I have two good condition DA 7900 11-28 cassette that I dont need. I lost weight and found my tempo going up that I would like to go for 11-23 instead.

Craigslist is the only place I can think of for that. I have an 105 11-25 when I'd rather have another 11-28, but I don't really care to go up any higher than 105 for cassettes.

Im also looking at PerformanceBike, they got the Ultegra 6700 cassettes for $57 after St Patricks discount.

Just be sure to check the cogs before putting it on your bike. I once bought a 12-27 from Performance and rode a good few hundred miles on it before wondering why the climbs seemed a little harder than before. Turns out it was a 12-25 in the wrong box.

just out of curiousity, what made you decide not to upgrade your cassettes past 105? I'm slowly swapping out my 105 stuff for some ultegra stuff and price wise the cassette might be my next upgrade..

Actually, I was mistaken. It's the chain I won't go past 105, because they're basically the same thing as Ultegra. The cassettes are different, and since I like 11-28, I go with SRAM "Rival" or Shimano Ultegra.

If I were to buy a new bike, it would probably have 105. It's a very reliable drivetrain, and diminishing returns really shows past that point. It's a budget thing, though.

Im using Easton R4 hub and it only mates with Ultegra 6700 and above. Anyway I already ordered them and put up the DA cassettes at CR. Hopefully PerformanceBikes has the right stuff in the box.
