It's a 1998 Gary Fisher Level Betty FH2 - - the only year the FH2 model was made. It appears to have a Rock Shox Judy XL - - which is a good thing (well, kinda), because the RST Hi-5 it was spec'd with was the subjuect of a CPSC recall.
It's not worth much any more, unfortunately - - anyway no more than any other mountain bike of that age. URT (unified rear triangle) bikes got a rap for doing neither suspending or pedaling very well and 'Y-bike' frames as a whole have long fallen out of favor. I remember thinking the were the schizz for a while. That one looks pretty pristine for sure.
