Hi,
I'm considering modifying my commuter bike to take disc brakes, and would rather add tabs than start fiddling around with bolt-on adapters and whatnot. I'm quite comfortable tackling the job and I do believe I've done my homework in terms of the possible consequences.
The bike is currently set up with drums, so it's already "proven" itself to be strong enough for the forces of hub brakes.
However, I haven't got a disc brake bike available to measure against, so I wonder if anyone have a drawing/specification of what the IS mount is supposed to look like?
(odds are it'd be a lot more accurate than what I could measure up anyhow...)
I need the lateral position of the tabs WRT the (inside) face of the drop out, the distance from axle center to mounting hole(s), if the mounting holes are radially aligned or offset etc etc.
