Hi everyone
Had a friend in town who is on the forums here who helped me get a bike off craigslist and I'm working on adding some improvements. It's ~'84 Bianchi.
Cycling for fitness and to save gas. I've been running for about a year and thought adding some cycling into the mix couldn't hurt. It's about 12 miles each way to work - so I'm going to work up to that and then ride to work on a regular basis!
Looking forward to joining the community and getting some help and advice!
P.S. Anyone looking to buy these wheels? They have the original Shimano 600 components on them. I'm buying Mavics from BWW at some point w/Ultegra - I had an old wally world bike to cannibalize some wheels from for now just so I could ride it around and get used to it. Any pricing advice on these tubular wheels/components would be appreciated!
