Just a quick question. Did Raleigh make a chrome frame model in the early 70s? Looks to be a mid level model but pics are fuzzy.

Yeah, friend of mine has one that's a 1970 Gran Sport, Nervex lugs and 3-tubes 531, used the old-style oval badge as an "homage" to early times. Also came with the hard-to-find Zeus 5-pin crankset (hard to find rings for, that is)
