Originally from Oakland, California. Went to Merritt Jr. College and later to CALPOLY in SLO after getting out of the Air Force. Been an Okie since 1975, but don't hold that against me! Going back to SF/Oakland area for 40th H.S. reunion in 1975. I can't wait because I want to take my wife on a biking tour of the wine counry (alexander and dry creek valleys)

Aerospace Engineer with Federal Government at a major AF base.

Wife of 18 years (2nd marriage), 2 cats, and 1 dog. Three grown children from 1st marriage and 1 grandchild.

I own a 2001 PT Cruiser and wife just recently bought a 2004 Mini Cooper.

Hobbies: Biking (of course), Aikido (10 years), and self taught Scottish Gaelic learner.

Current bikes: Barcroft Virginia GT recumbent (thinking about changing the RANS seat to a Swanson hard shell fiberglass or carbon seat), A Softride Roadwing upright, and a 1987 30th anniversary Dave Moulton DF Columbus steel Fuso which I built from the ground up after buying the frame and parts (mostly modern Campy Record, and Chorus).

Welcome.

Something wrong with my math? Can't figure this one out!! Would that be your 30th reunion, not your 40th?

Anyway, enjoy the forum. Lot's of us more mature folks around here. Enjoy the wine country. That is a beautiful area. My son went to Stanford and while he was there we got to explore some of the area while visiting him.

Okay, I had my 40th in 1997, looking at 50th in San Diego in 2007. Wow! How time passes.

Have fun. I was never a fan of reunions, so instead of all the stuff, I met for lunch with three old friends in SD, and that was enough for me.
