If the Giant has the right top tube length for you than it will be okay.
The Specialized will give you a much better fit by virtue of the selection of true frame sizes.

Why not get a Specialized frame and build it with Campy Record? Too bad Aqua Sapone is sponsored by Shimano, last year's Festina Specialized were full Record equipped.
