Here are the specs:
2003 Raliegh 600 Comp .
One season on road.
Bontrager select rims. Back 24 spokes front 20. 622mm x 13mm.
Kalin seatpost, Fuji seat
Shimano Tiagra brakes,
"7 speed/ triple shifters".
Bike is 12 speed.
Sakae SX crank,
Shimano light action derailer,
Torma 3T handle bars,
Tires: Contenental Vtra3000 (700xX20c),
Shimano sp 250 pedals.
Bike has only one season on it

How much should I offer for this bike? Is it a good bike?

I have a 1999 Raleigh R600 (see picture below) and it came with full 105 and nine speed cassette, standard. I don't think this is a 2003 model. Probably an older Raleigh that was upgraded in 2003.

If it looks ok to you and it fits then I wouldn't go more than a few hundred.
If you live anywhere near Atlanta I'll consider selling you my Raleigh for $450. I'm looking at getting another bike anyway.
