help. i have a schwinn peloton with time clipless, i would like to ride casually around my small town and need toe clips. does anyone have suggestions for aftermarket toe clips. i also would like to know if anyone knows about the toe straps that clip in to existing clipless. any ideas will be appreciated. thanks in advance!!

The Wellgo toe clips are not that expensive.....only about $30 last time I checked (for complete pedal with straps)

Dunno about the US, but we get Christophe and Ale clips quite cheap.
I wonder if you wouldn't rather have SPD pedals and some kind of MTB/touring shoe with a recessed cleat that never touches the ground?
Seems to me a couple of companies make platforms that clip in. I remember Winwood from a few years ago, but recently I have seen them from other companies in triathlon magazines too. Apparently they are useful for short triathlons where changing shoes would be a handicap.

i bought my toe clips from rei.they were 6 bucks. cheap as hell.. but it does the job..

My std recipie for toe clips are MKS Sylvian touring pedals with Christophe metal toe clips and straps. They last for years.
The clipless + straps is for elite track racing.
