CD review:Killswitch Engage, The End of Heartache

I've had this cd for awhile actually.

Well, at first I only thought the cd was just okay. However it slowly won me over. The cd in general is very hard, but the words are all well thought out. None of the songs sound the same. The two instrumental peices provide a nice bridge between the song before it and the ones after it. If you like metal but still like to hear harmonics once in awhile, this cd is where it is right up your alley.

not to bash the end of heartache because i think it's a great album and "when darkness falls" is one of the best KsE songs i've heard... but i still seem to go back to "alive or just breathing" more often... that might all change tomorrow

How would you say it compares to Alive or Just Breathing. It's one of my favorite HC albums (right up there with Life of Agony's Ugly). In any case, it sounds like I need to give album a listen.

Pretty well up there, if not above The End of Heart Ache has actually won awards including a metal hammer.
