Anyone up for an easyish ride on Sunday? No more than 45 miles, likely shorter. Slowish pace (15 or so rolling speed). Planning to leave home at 9am. No idea on the route yet. It'll probably be up in the air based entirely on surgery recovery.

At a minimum, ARBT up to Bealls, maybe a bit more climbing, but nothing particularly steep or difficult. I'll be climbing slow too in order to keep from stressing.

Interest?

Yup, sure am. Leaving home around 9. Hitting the bike trail for most of the ride. I still need to keep the pace down, especially when going up.

Shame I'm still sick from last time! Not to mention can't keep up with you anyhow...

(Okay, not really sick from last time, but for the last two weeks. Came down with something on the 15th, which is purely coincidental I'm sure.)

Thanks. After two weeks I was finally able to ride again today. I was looking forward to a week off work and riding every day, but it's supposed to rain.

Hope you're healing up nicely.
