I picked up these rims from a friend of mine for $60, I thought they were the WH-R500 wheels. I have read online that the spokes are expensive. I was going to put these on a Diamondback Insight 2 to replace the stock wheels and tires (32mm). Do you think I should get rid of these wheels or go ahead and install 28cc tires on them and just deal with the spoke issues when they come up. I ride the San Diego Creek trail and BackBay loop a lot.
