Well I just got back from a ride on the beach with some awesome foldie owners! We had so much fun we went way longer than our originally planned route. Now to make some lumpia for tonight's party. Lumpia, mmmmm...:D

Bottom up: cake (from scratch complete with almond and vanilla extracts, orange zest, and almond butter), caramel (from scratch), gelato (vanilla, cherry, and chocolate pieces from a local shop), and ganache (from scratch: 60% cacao Ghirardelli, cream, sweet butter).

Lumpia sounds damn good, though!
