Foo - How to handle a peeping tom?

This neighborhood kid is sniffing around one of my girls. Every time I catch wind of him outside a certain window, he's gone by the time I can get there.

Other than the requisite Claymore under the window, what are some options y'all can come up with?

I had a kid that insisted on driving his car through my front garden. He only did it at about 3:00 am after a night of partying. I had only heard who it from other schoolmates of his but never actually caught him. I called the police to report it but they did nothing. I finally placed a 3300 lb stone in the garden and surrounded with new shrubs. We caught him! :)

Stake out his house, snatch him when he comes outside, duct tape his mouth shut and toss him in the trunk. Drive him to a secluded place, strip him naked, write "sexual predator" on his forehead with a Sharpie and let him walk home.

Dig a 2 foot deep hole outside her window, line it with plastic and fill it with water (or urine) cover with leaves.

When he comes around, release the pitbulls. I used to have a very friendly pitbull but he would scare the be-jebus out of most people.

On a more serious note, this is gonna be a tricky one. The kid in question is 16, and my 13 yr old is his current obsession. She's been told not to associate with him and he's been told not to come around. She may or may not be aware of the fact that this punk has sexually assaulted his own younger sister in the past. His mother is the one who told his to call the cops if he came around and warned us that he will more than likely stalk the girl.

I would just send her back to her father, but he sent her out here as a last ditch effort to keep her out of juvenile hall...

Now this makes it real. First become a member of the NRA, then report all of the above to the Police, let them know (with your NRA lawyer present) that you feel this kid/ped is a threat to your daughters life, and since they (the Police) seem to be doing nothing about it you've decided to go ahead and protect your daughter against this ped if he shows up on your property again. (before you do any of this consult your NRA lawyer.)

Actually, the age of consent in this state is 16. Which means that if I catch him doing something, he will be going to jail AFTER he comes out of the hospital.

No brother, I grew up in the school of hard knocks, and it was the North Philly old school of hard knocks, not the little ***** "time out" school that it seems you attended.

Lemme tell you what this kid's mom told me and my wife tonight: The cops didn't care that he assaulted his sister when he was younger. She's had him in counseling. She's tried to have the boy admitted to mental health facilities. When she does manage to get him into a program, he ends up getting kicked out...

But the cops are aware. They have stepped up patrols in the neighborhood. Residents around here keep their eyes open. But until this kid is caught in the act (whatever that act may be), then the cops are a non-factor.

It has been well established that Philly sucks (http://www.phillysucks.com/). Not sure which city would be favored by the ghetto-meter on a Philadelphia Vs San Juan showdown. However, all that is irrelevant. Fact remains that freshman high school girls dig high school senior boys (specially bad ones) who in turn consider them fair game, specially since senior high school girls are out of reach and dating college freshman.

I repeat my question, how many classmates on your high school freshman year dated the school seniors? Answer that and I rest my case.

I'm sure Nomad is fully aware of the seriousness of such a situation. But he ask not to take it seriously so I wont.
