Theirs a new at one of the trails I ride. I attempted to ride it 5 times and the see saw attempted to kill me 5 times. Help!

One more thing I seem to be going over the bars head first, With my weight back. Slower maybe? Maybe stand or get behind the saddle?

I ride a Hard tail Trek 6700/w Disc brakes.

You need two people - one for each end
Get the seesaw more or less level then you and your partner straddle the ends alternately rising and and falling back as you play with the balance. :D

I always hated it when the fat kid jumped off and I was stuck in the air! OUCH

Stand don't sit, to be honest, on any stunt you should never sit. Your ability to balance is a lot less when seated.

Body movement is key. Approach with speed keep body forward, when at apex throw body back. Its the only way I can explain it. If it is really steep it will suck but the method is the same.

Throw the body back but not go as far as behind the seat is that what your saying. It's just a ten foot plank Maybe 5 high at the apex.

I take that back I would say closer to 4" High at apex.

Should be easy. Stay straight...keep body centered based on the apex. think of the initial part as a short step climb and the end part as a descent. Similar to an a-frame.

Where would your ass be on those? ;)

I have rode an a frame and seems pretty ease (not at first). I'll take your advice and see what happens this saturday.

Hopefully not on the ground this saturday. :D

yeah...stunts are always head games. Skill too but constantly a head game. I have this one trails which is about 1.5 hours long. When I first started riding it I always got a headache from concentrating so hard (its almost a pure stunt trail)...

Lots of fun...

Thank you Maelstrom,
Thats what it was a head game. No stopping today to look it over. I put Rob Zombie on in the head phones at the trail head and went for it, keeping a good pace with the music and smoked that see saw and again on the second lap.

I'm so pumped up! I want more!
