What are you looking for? The Bon Ton Roulet (http://www.bontonroulet.com/) is a supported 7 day tour with camping and hotel options. The Great Finger Lakes Bicycle Tour (http://southerntierbicycleclub.org/fingerlakestour.html) is a Friday-Sunday weekend with rides of varying distances originating at the Watkins Glen Group Campground (so you have to put up a tent or put a sleeping bag in a cabin).
I've never been on the Bon Ton Roulet (but encountered the group). I've enjoyed the GFLBT annually since 1999!

Its too bad there isn't a company that tours the finger lakes. I couldn't find one for the last few years too. Back in the early 90's there was a company called Finger lakes Cycling Adventures. We toured with them on a 5-day tour I thhink in 1992. Unforunately they went out of business. The problem was a lack of lodging/dining facilities in the area. There were bed andBreakfasts but very few had more than jsut a few rooms so you couldn't have tours with 15+ riders. There are a few larger bed and breakfasts most wouldn't serve dinnner so they had to drive us miles to a restaurant. I'm sure this hurt their bottom line.
Good suggestion on the BonTon Roulet, we did that tour a few years back with the hotel option.

thanks to all for your replies, much appreciated!
Are you still looking for something? I am up in the finger lakes/erie canal and would be interested in helping out if necessary. Never really given official tours but have helped people put together routes, anyways, just joined the site, if i can be of any help, let me know!

I toured there last year and created a web page with cue sheets and maps from the tour at www.bikenewengland.com/finger_lakes.html (http://www.bikenewengland.com/finger_lakes.html)
